Deliver robust program financials for milestone reviews
To own the program income statement and investments
To interact with multiple finance and non-finance skill teams to understand program complexity and develop financials for all milestones in line with program assumptions
Variance analysis between milestones for improving the program financials and profitability
Perform various business cases analysis for implementing executable programs
To be able to challenge the status quo and find improvement in process
To share ideas with operations team to drive business efficiency, either driving more profitability or help reducing operations complexity
Provide physical based financials to support management reviews with adequate backups
Support Budget/Business Plan activities as appropriate
Be open to work on adhoc assignments with regular deliverables

Responsibilities

Good at Microsoft excel and power point
Sharp analytical skills
Should be comfortable working independently or with minimum supervision
Candidate should be able to connect the dots to better understand financial and business impact
Workload is variable in the profile and might see many peaks and troughs through the year
Candidate should be willing to help other team members during trough period
Knowledge sharing with other team members on any unique business case is a key attribute
To have good communication skills to conduct regular touch point and alignment with stakeholders
Confident presenter
Process Improvement mindset
Be an active team player

Qualifications

CA / CMA / MBA Finance with 5+ years of Finance experience.
