Position Overview
We are looking for Payroll Professional with expertise in managing end-to-end payroll processing for bi-weekly and monthly payroll cycles. Skilled in accurately calculating employee wages, bonuses, deductions, and statutory taxes while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and company policies. Proficient in reviewing and validating timekeeping records, maintaining payroll data integrity, and preparing payroll reports. Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, employee record management, and statutory requirements. Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies through analytical problem-solving and attention to detail. Adept at handling confidential employee information and ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery. Committed to providing high-quality support while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and timely on a bi-weekly and monthly basis, ensuring all employee payments are completed in accordance with company policies and payroll schedules.
- Calculate and validate employee earnings, overtime, incentives, bonuses, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory tax withholdings.
- Review and reconcile timesheets, attendance records, leave data, and payroll inputs to ensure payroll accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for management review and audit purposes.
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, taxation requirements, labor laws, and internal control procedures.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, employee queries, and system-related issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate employee master data and payroll processing.
- Support month-end and year-end payroll activities, including statutory reporting and tax-related reconciliations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, accuracy, and operational efficiency through effective controls and best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Fresher or experience in International Payroll.
- Good Communication Skills (Read + Write + Speak – English) and interpersonal Skills
- Proven experience in a payroll role.
- Excel Skills + MS Application handling, Adaptability, and attention to detail.
Education -- B.Com / MBA / M.Com
