Hiring: Payroll & Compensation & Benefits Manager
Location: Noida
Working days: 5.5 Days
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
We are looking for an experienced Payroll & C&B Manager for a leading FMCG company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll for 750–1000 employees
- Ensure strong statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
- Design and implement tax-efficient salary structures
- Stay updated with Labour Laws & Code of Wages
- Work across multiple HRMS systems
Requirements:
- 10–12 years of experience in Payroll & C&B
- Strong compliance and payroll management expertise
- FMCG background preferred
