Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting a Payroll Manager - EMEA on behalf of Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure solutions.

This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for overseeing payroll operations across the EMEA region, driving compliance, operational excellence, and payroll transformation initiatives within a multinational environment

The Role

As Payroll Manager (EMEA), you will lead and develop a payroll function supporting multiple countries, ensuring accurate, compliant and efficient payroll delivery while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a payroll team of 16 across EMEA
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across designated EMEA countries
• Partner with HR to ensure seamless payroll data integration
• Drive payroll transformation and regional consolidation initiatives
• Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships
• Lead process improvement and change management initiatives
• Ensure full compliance with regional payroll legislation

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor's degree
• 7-10 years' EMEA payroll management experience within a multinational organisation
• Experience managing shared services or payroll teams
• Proven track record in payroll transformation and process improvement
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
