Key Responsibilities
- Assist in calling students and parents for EMI payment reminders
- Help maintain and update payment tracking documents
- Support the executive team in follow-up processes
- Learn and apply customer engagement and financial coordination best practices
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to target achievements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory)
- Experience: 6 months to 1 Year (Mandatory)
- Basic proficiency in English (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Sheets, etc.)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute quickly
- Ability to maintain professionalism in communication
