We are looking for a dedicated and client-focused CRM Executive (Female) to manage patient relationships and provide effective counselling for skin, hair, and laser treatments. This role involves understanding client concerns, guiding them through suitable treatment options, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and prior exposure to the dermatology or healthcare industry. This position is best suited for someone who is confident, empathetic, and capable of building trust with clients while contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on skin, hair, and laser treatments based on their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Guide clients through treatment options and address their concerns effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly
• Support conversion of inquiries into consultations and treatments
