Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients on skin, hair, and laser treatments based on their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Guide clients through treatment options and address their concerns effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly
- Support conversion of inquiries into consultations and treatments
- Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for all clients
- Prior experience in CRM, client servicing, or counselling roles
- Experience in dermatology, aesthetic, or healthcare clinics preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to handle client conversions
- Proactive approach with good follow-up and relationship management skills
