We’re Hiring: Patient Care Associate (Day Shift, Fixed Weekends Off!)

What You’ll Do (The Role):

• Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls from patients across the US, obtaining their information and understanding their medical concerns.
• Appointment Coordination: Gather detailed symptom information and book doctor appointments with the nearest care facilities.
• Patient Navigation: Coordinate seamlessly with patients, caregivers, and family members throughout the booking process.
• Emergency Assistance: Provide critical, calm assistance during emergencies by gathering vital details and coordinating with nearby ambulance and hospital providers.
• Data Management: Accurately log and update appointment and patient details in the database for medical staff access.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3 to 12 months of experience in healthcare, claims, clinical support, or as a doctor's assistant is highly preferred).
• Education: Degree/certification in healthcare fields (e.g., BSc/MSc Nursing, B.Pharma/D.Pharma, MBBS, BDS, Physiotherapy, or Paramedic).
• Skills: Strong spoken English with the ability to understand US accents, alongside a solid grasp of medical terminology.
• Traits: Deeply empathetic, patient, organized, and willing to go the extra mile in critical situations.
