Job Description
We are hiring candidates with experience in US healthcare voice process for a front-end patient-facing role involving:
- Patient registration
- Appointment scheduling / rescheduling / cancellations
- Insurance eligibility and benefits verification
- Referral / prior authorization follow-up
- EMR / EHR updates
- Patient communication and coordination
This role is a strong fit for candidates from backgrounds such as:
Patient Access, Patient Registration, Appointment Scheduling, Insurance Verification, Eligibility Verification, Referral Coordination, Prior Authorization, Intake Coordination, Patient Calling, or Patient Services.
- US healthcare voice process experience
- Good communication and patient handling skills
- Strong accuracy in documentation and data entry
- Ability to manage call volume and multitask
- Willingness to work from office in US shifts
- ECW / eClinicalWorks experience
- EMR / EHR exposure
- Immediate joiner
