Job Description

We are hiring candidates with experience in US healthcare voice process for a front-end patient-facing role involving:

  • Patient registration
  • Appointment scheduling / rescheduling / cancellations
  • Insurance eligibility and benefits verification
  • Referral / prior authorization follow-up
  • EMR / EHR updates
  • Patient communication and coordination
