We are hiring a Patent Paralegal to support IP operations, including patent filings, docketing, and coordination with internal teams and global agents. The role requires strong knowledge of Indian patent procedures and PCT filings .

We are hiring a Patent Paralegal to support IP operations, including patent filings, docketing, and coordination with internal teams and global agents. The role requires strong knowledge of Indian patent procedures and PCT filings .
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patent design filings (India + PCT)
- Manage docketing, deadlines, renewals annuities
- Coordinate with foreign agents patent offices
- Assist in FER responses, oppositions documentation
- Maintain IP records, reports, and legal documents
- Patent Prosecution (India PCT)
- IP Docketing Deadline Tracking
- Tools: InPass, Espacenet, Patentscope
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail multitasking
- 1 - 2 years experience in Patent Paralegal / IP role
- Bachelors degree
- Exposure to APAC filings
- Experience with Anaqua / Memotech
