Our client is a leading law firm which is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Patent Litigation Associate to join our Intellectual Property practice.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support all phases of patent litigation
- Advise clients on litigation risks, settlement strategy, and IP portfolio enforcement
Qualifications
- 2–6 years of patent litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Technical background in engineering

- Ability to analyze complex technical subject matter
- Strong attention to detail and strategic thinking
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
