Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible to lead Pastry and Bakery team, overseeing operations, creating innovative pastry recipes, ensuring quality and consistency, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Additionally, you will work closely with our team to refine flavors, explore new techniques, and deliver high-quality baked goods and desserts that delight our clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques, with a strong attention to detail
- Expertise in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills to create consistently high-quality products
- Ability to innovate with new recipes and creative designs for baked goods and desserts
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or bakery is preferred
- Culinary or bakery certification or equivalent experience is a plus
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills
