Partnership Manager / Partner Development Manager

RailsCarma is looking for a Partnership Manager who can identify, engage, qualify, and onboard business partners who can help the company generate qualified opportunities in target markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, qualify, and onboard business partners
• Build partner pipelines through LinkedIn, Apollo, email outreach, calling, and CRM tools
• Support front-end sales engagement for inbound leads by qualifying enquiries
• Set up discovery calls and coordinate with senior sales and solutioning teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or market access
• Proficiency in CRM tools
• Strong communication and networking skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital transformation and IT services partnerships
• Familiarity with SaaS sales channels
• Knowledge of international markets including UK, Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa
