Role Description: The Partnerships Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role manages and grows relationships with creators, partners, and community leaders to drive performance-based job distribution. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new partners, supporting strategic partnership initiatives, and coordinating joint campaigns and social hiring activities. The Partnerships Coordinator will track partnership performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize talent reach. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with partners, resolving operational issues, and ensuring a high-quality experience for all stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to identify, develop, and manage partner relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and maintain professional stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in Project Management to coordinate partnership initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Foundational Sales skills to support partner acquisition, negotiate basic terms, and contribute to revenue-focused goals.
  • Relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or community management, preferably in tech, HR, or creator-focused platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort with using digital tools, CRM, or partnership management platforms, and data-driven reporting for performance tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
