Role: Partnership Manager (Manager / Sr. Manager)
Location: India (Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy & Leadership
- Define and lead the end-to-end product partnership strategy for India and global markets.
- Build a scalable ecosystem of technology partners, platform alliances, system integrators, and channel relationships.
- Evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with product roadmap and business goals.
- Identify high-value partners across HCM, HRTech, payroll, collaboration tools, and other complementary SaaS categories.
- Negotiate partnership structures including commercial models, co-development, GTM, and integration agreements.
- Own partner onboarding, enablement, and long-term relationship management
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver integrations or joint solutions.
- Define technical and business requirements for partner-driven enhancements.
- Ensure high-quality integration experiences and scalable architecture.
- Track performance of partnerships through KPIs such as adoption, pipeline influence, integration usage, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement of the partner ecosystem through insights, analytics, and customer feedback.
- Lead a cross-functional partnership team; mentor and scale the function as the ecosystem grows.
- Act as the internal advocate for partner capabilities, enablement, and strategic alignment across teams.
- 10–15 years of experience in Product Partnerships, Alliances, in SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven experience building and scaling product or technology partnerships at a regional or global level.
- Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems, APIs, integrations, product roadmaps, and platform strategy.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating complex commercial and technical agreements.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with C-level leaders, product teams, engineering, and external partners.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical capability, and execution ownership.
