JOB DESCRIPTION: Finance Senior manager / DGM

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting and Compliance:
  • Ensure timely and accurate closing of books on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Preparation of monthly & annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & MIS)
  • Should have good experience of statutory compliances (such as GST, TDS, TCS, Income tax, FEMA, IND AS, Banking and Companies Act)
  • Manage statutory audit, internal audit, return of income (IT) & tax audit.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets.
  • Cost control & loss prevention:
  • Collaborate with teams to enforce compliance with financial controls and inventory management processes.
  • Monitor and analyse operational expenses to ensure budget adherence, while implementing measures to minimize wastage and prevent revenue leakage.
  • Accounting and Financial Operations:
  • Manage all aspects of accounting including payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • MIS & Board deck preparation:
  • Revenue forecasting with the coordination from OPS
  • Preparation of MIS at unit level & consolidation
  • MBR decks needs to be prepared as per management requirement
  • Ad hoc & Analysis reports need to be prepared as per management
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong academic background.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or F&B industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics and financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
