Process policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements

Review service requests and source documents for accuracy and compliance

Update policy data in core systems; maintain trackers using MS Excel/Word

Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with controls and regulations

Execute and oversee complex policy servicing within SLAs

Perform quality reviews and identify error trends and process gaps

Create and maintain SOPs, templates, trackers, and reference documents
