Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Paint Shop Engineer based in Rampur. The Paint Shop Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing paint shop operations, ensuring process efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. Core responsibilities include equipment maintenance, process improvement, monitoring production schedules, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Paint Shop Operations, including knowledge of paint application techniques, surface preparation, and equipment handling
• Skills in Process Improvement, Quality Control, and Workflow Optimization to ensure efficiency and adherence to manufacturing standards
• Familiarity with Equipment Maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic mechanical or technical repairs
• Project Management and Coordination skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to production schedules
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in maintaining compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or automotive sector is advantageous
