Paid Social Executive

The Genius Group is a fast-growing performance marketing agency group. We’re hiring a Paid Social Executive to manage and scale paid social campaigns for a portfolio of agency clients in the finance, claims, and SaaS verticals.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience and a proven track record in Meta and TikTok Ads, looking to take the next step in ownership and performance within a high-growth agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid social campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Manage campaigns primarily across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, with exposure to other platforms, where relevant
• Deliver high-volume, large-scale, and large budget lead generation and user acquisition campaigns
• Monitor, improve and rapidly scale performance across CPA, ROAS, volume, and lead quality
• Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights and reporting
• Support the development and execution of paid social and creative strategy across accounts
• Collaborate closely with creative, data, and performance teams
• Manage day-to-day client communication and performance updates
• Stay up to date with paid social trends, platform updates, and new ad formats

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in Paid Media, Paid Social, or Performance Marketing
• Agency experience preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Experience running bottom of funnel, lead generation campaigns
• Confident in managing multiple campaigns and client accounts
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, conversion tracking)
• Analytical mindset with a commercial approach to optimisation
• Comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the legal/claims sector is preferred but not essential
• Marketing Degree or equivalent is preferred but not essential
