Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. This role will also act as an internal account manager, coordinating with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure campaigns meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for creatives and campaign execution
• Manage budgets and improve ROI/ROAS
• Track leads, conversions, and campaign metrics
• Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of experience in paid advertising and performance marketing
• Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Preferred

• Agency or multi-brand experience
• Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads
