Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paid Ads Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and optimizing paid advertisement campaigns across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, managing budgets, monitoring ad performance, generating reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with business goals. Qualifications : Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertisement campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok, and Amazon Ads Proficiency in keyword research, budget management, and performance analysis Strong analytical skills for generating reports and tracking campaign performance metrics Collaborative skills to work with the marketing team and align advertising strategies with business objectives Ability to stay updated with digital marketing trends and apply best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus
