About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Packaging Designer with strong technical knowledge of printing processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on understanding of offset printing machines and be capable of creating accurate, production-ready dielines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging artworks aligned with brand requirements
• Create precise and production-ready dielines for various packaging formats
• Prepare print files with correct bleed, margins, color profiles, and finishing details
• Coordinate closely with the printing team for smooth execution
• Understand the functioning of offset printing machines and adapt designs accordingly
• Plan layouts to optimize paper usage and reduce wastage
• Identify and resolve issues during sampling and production

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in packaging design and printing
• Strong knowledge of offset printing machines and their functions
• Expertise in dieline creation and packaging structure
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW is a must
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage
• Understanding of paper types, GSM, and print finishes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver print-ready files

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a printing press or packaging unit
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet production timelines
• Good coordination and communication skills
