Job Description

Experience- 7 to 12 years Mandatory skills Experience in managing any of the Merchandising systems (Oracle Retail RMS), Assortment planning, Merchandise financial planning, SAS Size Optimization/Pack Optimization, BY/JDA Allocation, Forecasting and Replenishment tools Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams, stake holder management, creating project status reports and presenting project leadership Preferred skills Functional Knowledge of RMS Stock ledger and Planning & Allocation areas would be a major plus.
