Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Outreach Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Outreach Manager will lead and execute community engagement initiatives, build and nurture partnerships, and act as the primary point of contact for external collaborations. Responsibilities include coordinating events, presenting Rlab.club's offerings to potential partners, managing outreach campaigns, and fostering relationships with academic and industry stakeholders. The role will also involve strategizing and executing plans for increasing membership and participation in the community. Qualifications Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to engage stakeholders and represent the organization effectively. Experience in Project Management and Community Outreach for planning and executing initiatives. Proven ability in Sales, negotiation, and partnership development for expanding the organization's network. Ability to work in diverse, multicultural environments and adapt to evolving organizational needs. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the education, research, or nonprofit domain is a plus.
