- 1–2-year experience in spare order Handling/project execution
- Good English communication skills (English, Tamil and Hindi)
- Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word and Power point)
- Team player and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently
- Handle Internal/Customer queries and Complaints in professional Manner
- Prepare MIS report and commercial documentation
- Intercompany import document coordination
- Logistic Planning
- Manage sales order delivery commitment through SAP/ERP
- Payment follow up support and prepare weekly/Monthly order execution MIS and analytical report
