Job Description

Role Purpose

The IT Program Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM, with a strong focus on Redwood UI adoption. This role will act as the bridge between HR, IT, system integrators, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and value realization of the HCM transformation program.


Key Responsibilities

Program & Governance

  • Lead the overall Oracle Fusion HCM implementation program, including scope, timelines, cost, quality, and risk management.
  • Establish program governance, steering committees, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Manage multiple workstreams (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Redwood UX).

Oracle Fusion HCM & Redwood

  • Drive Redwood UI readiness, configuration, rollout, and adoption strategy across HR modules.
  • Ensure alignment of Redwood UX with HR business processes and employee experience goals.
  • Coordinate testing (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare post go-live.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with HR leadership (CHRO, CoEs, HR Operations) to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Act as the single point of accountability between internal teams and Oracle / SI partners.
  • Manage change impacts and expectations across business and HR users.

Delivery & Integration

  • Oversee data migration, integrations (Finance, ERP, payroll vendors, identity systems), and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, audit, and statutory requirements.
  • Drive issue resolution, dependency management, and release planning.

Change & Adoption

  • Lead change management in collaboration with HR and Communications teams.
  • Ensure training strategy, end-user enablement, and adoption metrics for Redwood UI.
  • Track benefits realization and continuous improvement post-implementation.
