Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Oracle Solutions Consulting Leader to be a central figure in our growth strategy. This senior role requires a unique blend of deep Oracle ERP product knowledge, executive-level presentation skills, and a forward-thinking perspective on AI and automation. The successful candidate will be the primary technical and solution driver for business development, responsible for revenue generation, account penetration, and ensuring excellence in service delivery. Responsibilities Business Development & Revenue Growth Drive Revenue: Achieve and exceed targets for new bookings and overall revenue growth within the Oracle solutions practice. Account Strategy: Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to identify, qualify, and develop strategic opportunities for Oracle ERP and related services within target accounts. Solution Sales Cycle: Lead the pre-sales process from initial qualification through to contract closure. Solution Consulting & Proposal Development ? Expert Presentation: Present Oracle ERP Cloud solutions (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM) to prospects and clients, clearly articulating features, benefits, and competitive differentiators to both technical and executive audiences. Creative Solutioning: Propose innovative and practical solutions that leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and automation to enhance client business processes built on the Oracle platform. Demonstration Mastery: Design, prepare, and deliver engaging, client-specific solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) that showcase the value proposition. Proposal Leadership: Lead the development of high-quality, compelling, and technically sound proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and RFP responses. Leadership & Service Delivery Oversight ? Trusted Advisor: Serve as a credible, trusted advisor to client executives and internal leadership regarding Oracle's product roadmap and emerging technology trends. Practice Alignment: Collaborate with the delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation, maintaining solution integrity and client expectations. Content Development: Maintain and enhance a library of solution assets, demo scripts, and presentation materials. Required Qualifications Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in an Oracle pre-sales, solutions architecture, or management consulting role. Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of at least one core Oracle ERP Cloud module (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Supply Chain, or HCM). AI/Automation Acumen: Proven experience or strong knowledge base in incorporating AI, ML, or robotic process automation (RPA) into enterprise business solutions. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts clearly and persuasively. Presentation Skills: Must be a dynamic and engaging presenter capable of commanding a room of C-suite executives. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. What We Are Looking For Experience in a leadership role, mentoring or managing a team of solution consultants. Specific expertise with Oracle's platform technologies (e.g., OAC, OCI). Prior experience achieving significant year-over-year revenue growth.
