Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional design, configuration, and support for O2C & Oracle Configurator (CZ) within Oracle E-Business Suite.
Build and maintain configurator models, including:

Model hierarchy & structures
Options, attributes, and option classes
Configuration rules, constraints, logic, and dependencies

Develop and manage Configurable BOMs aligned with engineering and manufacturing requirements.
Support end-to-end O2C process, ensuring seamless integration between other modules:
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to identify business needs and translate them into scalable configurator and O2C solutions.
Troubleshoot issues impacting Order Business process flow, configuration logic, pricing, order creation, and BOM explosion.
Participate in CRP/UAT cycles, end-user training, and documentation of models and functional designs.
Provide ongoing production support, enhancements, and process improvements across configurator and O2C modules.
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and rollout initiatives for O2C and configurator components.
