As part of the Business Application Consulting team you lead the implementation of Oracle Supply Chain and Operations solutions. As a Manager you are accountable for supervising teams, mentoring junior staff, and managing client accounts while delivering exceptional service and maintaining quality standards.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you lead the implementation of Oracle Supply Chain and Operations solutions. As a Manager you are accountable for supervising teams, mentoring junior staff, and managing client accounts while delivering exceptional service and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Supply Chain Management initiatives focused on Costing solutions
- Supervise and guide team members in their professional development
- Maintain project deliverables that meet quality standards and client expectations
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
- Collaborate with clients to understand their costing needs and challenges
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and leading practices
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and strategy development
- Foster substantial relationships with stakeholders to enhance project success
- Bachelor's Degree
- 9 years of experience in implementing GTM/OTM/OM/MFG/Planning central/Inventory/Costing module in Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Leading at least 4 end-to-end implementations
- Acting as Oracle Cloud domain specialist
- Providing guidance on supply chain processes
- Understanding business requirements for system configurations
- Exposure to SCOR and APQC frameworks preferred
