Job Title: Oracle Performance Tuning Lead - Oracle Digital Banking / Oracle Payments

Location: India (Remote)

Type: 6 months Contract

Description:

We are seeking a highly seasoned Oracle Database Performance Tuning Expert to join our global enterprise engineering group. In this mission-critical role, you will be the definitive technical authority responsible for the proactive optimization, diagnostics, and remediation of complex, high-volume transactional (OLTP) and analytical (Data Warehouse) Oracle environments.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
• A minimum of 10-12+ years of dedicated experience as an Oracle Database Administrator or Performance Engineer, with at least 5+ years specializing strictly in enterprise-grade performance tuning.
• Proven track record supporting high-volume global transaction platforms (e.g., Corporate Banking, Digital Payments, Core Financial Systems) with zero-downtime SLAs.
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM) designations are highly desirable.
• Prior experience working within Agile/Pod-based organizational structures alongside cross-functional engineering teams is a significant asset.
