Job Description – Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer Location: Gurgaon (Onsite – Hybrid Model) Experience: 4–10 Years Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to join our Gurgaon-based technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying integration solutions using the Oracle Integration Cloud platform. This role involves building seamless connectivity across enterprise systems and ensuring smooth, accurate data flow between applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . Create integration flows, orchestrations, mappings, and transformations ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and performance. Configure and maintain OIC connections with external systems, REST/SOAP APIs, on-premise applications, and cloud services. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT for all developed components. Work closely with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions. Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and support production deployments. Ensure adherence to integration architecture, security policies, and best practices. Prepare technical documentation including design specs, test scripts, and deployment guides. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components such as: Integrations (App-Driven, Scheduled) Process Automation Data Mapping & Transformations Connections & Adapters Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL. Ability to design end-to-end integration solutions for enterprise systems. Strong understanding of integration patterns, error handling, and logging. Good knowledge of SDLC processes, version control, testing, and DevOps practices. Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently. Good-to-Have Skills Working experience with Oracle Fusion/ERP Cloud Applications . Familiarity with Oracle SOA Suite, OIC Visual Builder, or other integration tools. Knowledge of cloud security concepts, OAuth, certificates, and API gateways. Behavioral Competencies Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work in a distributed, cross-functional environment. Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Oracle certifications (OIC or Fusion) are an added advantage.
