Job Description

We are looking for Oracle HCM Technical Consultant experienced in the full-cycle of Oracle Cloud implementation with a very strong technical skill set in creating Integrations and extensions as per client requirements Role will require experience and capability in design, development, configuration, test script execution, performing proof of concept, building user training materials and supporting testing milestones Minimum 9+ years of total experience relevant to this position including 5+ years of project management experience. Should have multiple full lifecycle implementation experience with three end to end HCM cloud implementations or 5+ years of HCM Oracle cloud experience. Should have exposure from requirement development / definition to solution design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing and go-live. Exposure to SaaS and PaaS delivery models. Strong business writing skills and verbal communication. Strong analytical abilities and exposure to quantitative project management, including financials and metrics. Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements. Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Strong people and team management experience
