In Oracle human capital at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business development, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Human Capital Management, Information Systems, or related
- 16 years of experience in Oracle HCM consulting
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Oracle Cloud certifications, PMP/Prince2, or SAFe credentials
- Demonstrating executive presence and trust-building with stakeholders
- Balancing commercial acumen with delivery excellence
- Excelling in communication and stakeholder management
- Leading collaborative, inclusive, and purpose-driven teams
- Driving practice-wide goals for capability development
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning
