Job Title : Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Type : Full-Time / Contract

Experience : 8-15 years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities

Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
Strong expertise in one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management.
Experience in Oracle HCM configuration, personalization, and security.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM integrations.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM best practices.
Experience with SQL for reporting and data validation.
Knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, and BI Publisher.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and inbound/outbound interfaces.
Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence.
Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud applications based on business requirements.
Support data migration, data validation, and integration activities.
Develop functional specifications and support technical development.
Ensure compliance with Oracle HCM best practices and security standards.
Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification is highly preferred.
