? Redwood Design: Familiarity with Oracle's Redwood design principles and experience in implementing Redwood user interfaces. ? Visual Builder: Proficiency in using Oracle Visual Builder to customize and extend Redwood applications. ? User Experience : Ability to enhance user experience by leveraging Redwood's modern and intuitive design elements. Desired Qualifications: ? Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of work experience configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions ? Education: Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. ? Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills ? Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple assignments while meeting deadlines ? Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
