Job Description

10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management.
Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects within Process Manufacturing environments.
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement, Supply Planning, Cost Management, PIM, and Order Management. Process Manufacturing, Maintenance, Inventory, Costing and Pricing, Transportation Management
Deep understanding of Process Manufacturing operations, production planning, inventory management, warehouse management, and supply chain processes.
Experience in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, budget control, and resource management.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Process Manufacturing operations, IT teams, and implementation partners.
Drive requirement gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, CRP sessions, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
Lead Oracle Fusion Process Manufacturing setups including Item Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Definitions, Work Centers, and Plant Operations.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and project governance activities.
Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plan to ensure successful delivery.
Driving data migration, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
Support inventory optimization, procurement efficiency, production planning, and supply chain process improvements.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and organizational governance standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of Oracle Fusion SCM best practices.
