Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle EBS applications, including:

1. Data conversions
2. Interfaces
3. Custom reporting (BI Publisher, Discoverer, OBIEE)
4. Forms and custom applications
5. WEB ADI Integrator applications

• Work on EBS customization and integration with SCM modules (Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash).
• Prepare Oracle SR documentation and technical information requirements.
• Convert business requirements into technical design documents, develop and implement solutions.
• Take ownership of development projects from conception through deployment.
• Deliver solutions on time and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in peer code/design reviews to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS technical roles.
• Hands‑on expertise across Financials (FA, AP, GL, AR) and exposure to SCM modules.
• Experience in EBS customization and cross‑functional integration.
• Added Advantage: Prior experience as Solution Architect or Project Manager.

Technical Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS technical development.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 (preference for R12.2.x).
• Advanced PL/SQL programming skills (Toad, SQL Plus, Navigator).
• Ability to work on database structures: base tables, views, sequences, synonyms, triggers.
• Experience creating SQL packages, functions, and procedures.
• Knowledge of OBIEE, BI Publisher, and Discoverer.
• Experience with Oracle EBS open interface APIs and Oracle Forms Developer.
• Integration of customized applications with Oracle standard applications.
• Experience with XML processing using Oracle PL/SQL functions.
• Knowledge of Oracle Workflow and AME highly desired.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and reasoning aptitude.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
