Strong in SQL , XML , XSL , BI Publisher . Expertise in OTM configuration : shipment planning, execution, freight settlement, sourcing, fleet management. Skilled in B2B Integration (EDI, API). Project Management, solution design & architecture knowledge. Experience in development & support projects . Excellent team leadership , conflict resolution, and customer service. Knowledge of 3PL industry and other OMS/TMS systems. ? Role Responsibilities Lead Customer Onboarding workstream and ensure standards. Manage offshore resources and liaise with PMs. Drive knowledge transition and mentor juniors. Delegate tasks, resolve conflicts, and monitor change requests.
