🚀 Hiring: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Location: Bangalore (MNC)

CTC: Up to 40 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant specializing in US Payroll or Compensation modules. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to engage directly with clients in delivering end-to-end HCM solutions.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years overall in HCM domain; minimum 5 years in Oracle Cloud/Fusion.
• Implementations: At least 3 end-to-end HCM implementations, with 2+ on HCM Cloud.
• Modules Expertise: Deep functional knowledge in US Payroll or Compensation.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the hire-to-retire cycle and HCM Cloud business processes/data flow.
• Client Engagement: Proven experience in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor, allocate work, monitor progress, and provide status updates to Project Managers.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational awareness.
• Flexibility: Open to domestic and international travel (short or long duration).
• Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred.
