Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Developer About The Opportunity We are a specialist HR & talent solutions firm placing enterprise analytics and cloud BI professionals across Technology, BFSI, and Retail sectors. We partner with organizations building large-scale data platforms and analytics services to deliver actionable insights and scalable dashboards for business stakeholders. Location: India (On-site) Role & Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions on Oracle Analytics Cloud and adjacent Oracle BI platforms?data modelling to production dashboards. Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL processes using ODI and SQL/PLSQL to populate enterprise data warehouse and semantic models. Author performance-driven data models, subject areas, RPD/semantic layers and build interactive visualizations and analytic applications. Integrate OAC/OBIEE outputs with downstream systems using REST APIs, scheduled jobs and secure data pipelines. Troubleshoot production issues, tune queries and dashboards for concurrency and low-latency performance; implement best-practice security and row-level access controls. Collaborate with data engineers, product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI deliverables and documentation. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or OBIEE implementations. Strong ETL development skills using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or equivalent. Advanced SQL and PL/SQL for query optimization and ETL transformations. Deep knowledge of data warehousing concepts, star/snowflake schemas and dimensional modelling. Experience building enterprise dashboards, visualizations and semantic models (RPD/subject areas). Familiarity with APIs, scheduling, and production deployment practices for BI platforms. Preferred Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) analytics services or cloud migrations. Hands-on exposure to Tableau or Power BI for hybrid multi-tool environments. Knowledge of scripting for automation (Shell, Python) and monitoring tools for observability.
