Oracle Application Development Manager/Line Manager-EBS

Job Description

Technical Leadership Lead the development, customization, and support of Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS, Projects, etc., based on organization scope). Manage and guide a team of Oracle developers, analysts, and technical consultants. Ensure best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, and Oracle development methodologies. Application Development & Enhancements Oversee the design and development of RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) components. Drive enhancements, system upgrades, and module implementations within EBS. Ensure seamless integration between EBS and third-party applications. Project Management Lead end-to-end ERP development initiatives, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. Prepare and present status reports to senior leadership. System Administration & Support Collaborate closely with functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize system performance. Ensure EBS environments (DEV/TEST/PROD) are maintained, patched, and aligned to organizational needs. Support system audits, compliance, and change management processes. Stakeholder Collaboration Work with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical consulting and recommendations for process improvements. Build strong relationships with vendors and Oracle support. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 8?15 years of total experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, with at least 3?5 years in a team leadership or managerial role. Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical stack (PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, OAF, Workflow Builder, BI Publisher). Proven experience managing RICEW development and custom application solutions. Good understanding of functional flows across Oracle modules. Experience with Oracle SOA, APIs, Web Services, and integration frameworks is preferred. Strong project management skills with exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
