Roles And Responsibilities

Precision in Prescription & Dispensing
Ensure customers receive accurate prescriptions and the perfect eyewear solutions.
Fit spectacles, contact lenses, and optical aids with a focus on clarity and comfort.
Guide customers in selecting the best lenses and frames that fit their lifestyle and vision needs.
Beyond the Clinic: Engaging with Customers
Conduct comprehensive eye tests and diagnoses while building trust with customers.
Offer expert advice on lens types, frame styles, and contact lens care.
Help customers understand how eyewear can enhance their everyday life.
Managing Optical Inventory & Product Expertise
Take charge of inventory management, ensuring availability of key optical products.
Analyze customer trends and provide insights to enhance product offerings.
Stay ahead with knowledge of the latest lens technologies and eyewear trends.
Driving Business with Data & Insights
Play a crucial role in the stores success by sharing insights on customer preferences.
Provide regular reports on sales, stock levels, and optical trends. Partner with the team to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
Ensuring Quality & Expert Consultation
Maintain high standards of precision in eye measurements and dispensing techniques.
Audit and refine optical quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
Be the go-to expert for complex cases requiring advanced optometric consultation.

Qualifications: Graduation or Diploma in Optometry.

Experience: 0 to 7 years of experience in retail and optical industry.
