Experience: 6?10 years Location: PAN India Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Optimizely (formerly Episerver) Developer to design, develop, and maintain digital experience solutions using the Optimizely DXP platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in .NET/C#, Optimizely CMS/Commerce, and front-end technologies, with a focus on delivering scalable, high-performing web solutions. Key Responsibilities: ? Design, develop, and maintain websites and digital experiences using Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Commerce. ? Implement new features, modules, and templates following best practices. ? Integrate Optimizely with external systems such as CRMs, analytics, marketing automation, and e-commerce platforms. ? Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and product owners to deliver robust and visually appealing solutions. ? Optimize site performance, caching, and personalization features. ? Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and deployment processes. ? Ensure adherence to Optimizely coding standards and security practices. Technical Skills Required: ? Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS (v11/v12) or Optimizely DXP (Cloud). ? Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC / C# / .NET Core. ? Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React, or Angular. ? Experience with Optimizely Commerce, Personalization, or Content Recommendations modules is an advantage. ? Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment. ? Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party services. ? Exposure to Optimizely Experimentation (A/B Testing) or Feature Flags is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: ? Optimizely Certified Developer (CMS/Commerce). ? Experience with headless CMS architecture or Next.js/React front-end integration. ? Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization best practices. ? Strong communication and collaboration skills.
