Ops & Supply Chain Head (Pref Retired Army Officer)

Rengy is a growing organization in the solar and electrical infrastructure sector, focused on delivering efficient and reliable solutions. We are building strong operational systems to support rapid expansion and ensure seamless execution across procurement, logistics, and project delivery.

We are looking for a highly disciplined and process-driven Operations & Supply Chain Head, preferably from a Retired Army / Defence background, to lead end-to-end operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in logistics planning, procurement, dispatch, and operations management, along with leadership skills developed in structured and high-accountability environments.

• Lead end-to-end operations, including Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Dispatch.
• Plan and manage material movement, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement efficient procurement and vendor management strategies.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to project sites.
• Build strong coordination between sales, projects, and operations teams.
• Drive process discipline, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor key metrics such as delivery timelines, inventory levels, and cost optimization.
• Manage and mentor teams, ensuring high accountability and performance.
• Establish and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Background in Army / Defence services (Retired Officer preferred)
• Strong experience in logistics, operations, and supply chain management
• Exposure to procurement, dispatch, and inventory management
• Experience in handling large teams and operations
• Strong discipline, leadership, and process orientation

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations roles post-retirement
• Exposure to infrastructure, EPC, manufacturing, or electrical industries
