Job Description
We're seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President in Operations Transformation team in Firmwide Operations division. He will be responsible for driving Microsoft Dynamics Solutions at scale for Global Operations.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is a Team Manager position at Vice President level within the Firmwide operations division.

What You'll Do In The Role
- Strong understanding of AI implementation in software development
- Good understanding of Agents, Agentic AI Workflow
- Regional owner/point person for all Dynamics related items (EMEA)
- Experience with delivering technology products to delight end-users
- Strong analytical skills and business orientation
- Ability to define business outcomes, KPI against the business value delivered and communicate progress and escalate issues.
- Ability to operate independently across the majority of the day-to-day responsibilities
- 12 + yrs. Relevant experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI or Dynamics or Microsoft Power Platform
- Own the product backlogs, prioritize, sequencing and apply the agile framework.
- Strong verbal and written communication. Self-starter with high tolerance for ambiguity
- Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset backed by strong project management skills.
- Goal-oriented, work well in teams and embrace a transformational mindset.
- Front-to-back knowledge of the processes, projects, systems, markets and instruments that influence their team with a comprehensive understanding of job-related operational/compliance policies and procedures
- Ability to think commercially, understand the impact of initiatives, risks on the operational budget
- Ability to address non-standard issues within area of expertise
