Role Description

Medcity International Academy is seeking an Operations Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at our Kochi center. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operational processes, coordinate between different departments, and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring various projects, implementing operational strategies, managing resources, and supporting the team in meeting organizational goals. You will also analyze operational data and resolve any procedural issues to streamline workflows. Working closely with other teams, this position is critical in maintaining a smooth and effective operational framework.

Qualifications

• Strong operational and strategic thinking skills, including expertise in Operations Management and Project Management.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for reviewing operational data and identifying improvements.
• Effective Communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Experience in Sales and customer relations to enhance operational outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven adaptability and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology to drive operational efficiencies.
• Prior experience in the education or training sector is a plus.
