Operations & Scale-up Consultant

We are expanding our consulting vertical and have openings for Operations & Scale-up Consultants to work closely with our Principal Consultants.

In this pivotal role, you will be the engine behind our Fractional COO, Operational Restructuring, and Scale-up Consulting engagements. You will work closely with leadership to transition client organizations from people-dependent chaos to process-driven efficiency. This is a high-impact position where you will not only witness business transformation firsthand but be instrumental in making it happen.

• Execution & Delivery: Act as the right hand to the Principal Consultant, ensuring the seamless delivery of consulting engagements. You will take high-level strategies and break them down into actionable operational steps.
• Process Transformation: Lead the charge in converting people-driven operations into robust, process-driven systems. You will document, optimize, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
• Client Representation: Serve as the face of Q4 Accounting at client sites. You will represent the Principal Consultant during their absence, maintaining stakeholder relationships and keeping projects on track.
• Stakeholder Reporting : Prepare and maintain progress reports, client-facing dashboards, and presentation decks that communicate project status, key metrics, and insights to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose operational bottlenecks and scale-up challenges in real-time. You will be expected to think on your feet and propose practical, immediate solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement KPIs and tracking mechanisms to ensure client deliverables are met and growth targets are achieved.

We are not looking for generic advice-givers; we need builders. The ideal candidate is someone who loves the details of how a business works.

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a process-heavy operations environment. Experience in undertaking "people-driven to process-driven" transformations is highly desirable.
• Mindset: A relentless problem solver with a strong willingness to learn. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing order to chaotic environments.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in process mapping tools/Excel, and excellent communication skills (both for internal reporting and client management).
• Adaptability: Ability to switch between high-level strategic thinking and on-the-ground execution.
• Language: Professional proficiency in Malayalam and English is necessary to excel in this role.

• Base Location: Kochi.
• Hybrid Model: Day-to-day desk work can be done remotely. You must be available onsite for internal strategy sessions and client meetings in Kochi.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to client locations as required by specific project allocations.
• Compensation: The compensation structure comprises a fixed base along with a performance-linked variable component, determined by the nature and scope of projects undertaken.
