Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Operations & Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process of sourcing fresh produce (Fruits & Vegetables) and managing logistics operations at the airport cargo terminal. This role requires a blend of field-based sourcing and operational coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

Direct Sourcing: Identify and communicate with direct suppliers and farmers to procure high-quality fruits and vegetables.

Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.

Airport Operations: Handle on-ground cargo operations at the airport, including documentation, coordination with custom house agents (CHAs), and supervising shipments.

Logistics Management: Ensure the timely movement of goods from the source/mandi to the airport cargo terminal.

Quality Control: Inspect the quality of fresh produce at the time of procurement to meet export/standard requirements.
