This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded operations leader who is looking to progress into a future Chief Operating Officer (COO) position as the company continues to grow.

The Role

• The Factory / Operations Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the manufacturing facility (12,000 sq/ft). Ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective operations while developing a high-performing team.
• This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who wants to make a significant impact within a pioneering sustainability-focused business and build a clear pathway towards executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all factory and operational activities to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.
• People person, to manage, motivate and develop a growing team.
• Proven experience as a Factory Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Plant Manager.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams of 20–50 employees.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop people.
• Track record of improving operational performance and implementing continuous improvement projects.
