About The Lost Compass

The Lost Compass is a Boutique DMC (Destination Management Company) that designs raw, thoughtfully crafted travel experiences across India — from heritage walks and food tours to workshops, rural tourism, and curated journeys for international travellers. We're passionate about authentic storytelling and creating meaningful connections through travel.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of our travel experiences and ensure smooth execution on the ground
• Coordinate with guides, vendors, partners, and local teams to deliver high-quality experiences
• Help scale operations smoothly as we grow our offerings and customer base
• Monitor operational processes and identify improvements for efficiency and quality
• Manage logistics, budgets, and timelines for tours and events
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance
• Solve problems quickly and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 years of experience in operations; freshers with strong drive are welcome
• Preference for candidates with exposure to travel & tourism, but not mandatory
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on the ground and travel to other cities when required
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic, growth-oriented environment
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
• Passion for travel, culture, and creating great experiences
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing Boutique DMC.
