Operations Manager - Team Lead ( BTL Campaigns )

Manage end-to-end permission acquisition and execution readiness for BTL campaigns across residential societies. Lead a calling team, ensure permissions within TAT, and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth campaign execution.

• Lead team for society calling & permission acquisition (canopy, stalls, flea markets, etc.)
• Ensure permissions are secured within defined timelines (TAT)
• Track daily permission status and manage follow-ups/escalations
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign readiness and execution
• Act as a bridge between Brand, Ops, and Societies
• Manage team performance, productivity, and reporting

• Campaign TAT (Turnaround Time)
• Permissions secured vs planned
• On-time campaign launch rate
• Team productivity & stakeholder satisfaction

• Team handling & operations experience
• Strong communication & stakeholder management
• Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Good with Excel/Google Sheets
